Our objective is to help you get our customer’s Original ecotrash® and ecotrash PTC® compactors back into service quickly and done right the first time.
For Service Providers
Before the Service Call:
- Review the 2 videos below to familiarize yourself with our equipment
- Confirm with our customer your arrival time
At the Service Call:
- As soon as you arrive: Call CTI Tech Support to confirm you’re on site
- Regardless of how their day is going…treat our customers with respect and courtesy. (Without them, we don’t have a business and you don’t have work!)
- Before you leave: Call CTI Tech Support to let them know you’re finished
After the Service Call:
